Acer Aspire One 532G Review & Specifications

Acer has launched the Acer Aspire One 532G. This netbook is claimed to be the first netbook that uses NVIDIA's Ion 2 graphics technology that enables 1080p playback (connect through a HDMI output to a secondary Hi-Def TV/LCD monitor). The dynamic switching Optimus technology enables this netbook to switch between integrated GMA 3150 graphics and NVIDIA Ion graphics quickly. Acer Aspire One 532G is powered by Intel Atom N450 processor with 2GB RAM, and a 320 GB hard drive. Just like most of any other netbooks, this netbook has 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi. There is also an optional feature of 3G. Acer Aspire One 532G measures 1 inch thin, and 1 kg in weight. The battery of this netbook can last up to 10 hours of continuous usage. This is really a great battery life as we rarely find netbooks with batteries that can last this long. The AC adapter that Acer Aspire One 532G comes with is lighter than typical AC adapters, so that it is more travel friendly. Acer Aspire One 532G netbook is Energy Star v5.0 qualified and it is also compliant with RoHS and WEEE EU directives. The LED backlight is also mercury free.
